This administration has moved our economy far away from Free Market functions to a Central Planning Model. Inflation Data, unemployment rates, budget deficits and government accounting methods have been grossly manipulated.  At some point higher inflation and interest rates will firmly take hold. Corporate balance sheets are flush with cash but there has been very little top-line revenue growth.  Earnings have been bolstered by continued cost cutting, "Top-line" revenue growth is not occurring.  What little employment growth we've had has been hiring new workers at half of the previous wages, work weeks are getting shorter with most new-hires on part time with little or no benefits.

Trading on the stock & equity markets is predominantly driven by High Frequency Trading of the large banks and market interventions by the Plunge Protection Team (Working Group on Financial Markets).  Retail investors have fled - investing in the Stock Market has no better odds than gambling at a casino.
